Virtual Fitness is a fun way to exercise and communicate with friends! Willow Glen Virtual Fitness is for all who want to engage the five components of physical fitness. Willow Glen endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, bone density, mental sharpness and increase body awareness. When participating in class have a chair, two weights, stretch band, and two or more bottles of water. Once you register you will receive Zoom ID and password via email.
