Join this exciting new program to build the healthy habits you have wanted, with expert support you?ve been looking for. Along with a small group of peers, you will follow a progressive 12 week course led by a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. Classes meet once per week and include 30 minutes of education/discussion followed by a 45 minute guided exercise session. You will learn all the essentials for healthy weight loss, including nutrition, fitness and healthy living strategies. Please come dressed for exercise.
