Aqua Fitness Boot Camp Would you like to try a unique workout experience? Aqua Fitness Boot Camp is designed for individuals looking to add something new to their workout routine. This class combines two of Southgate?s most unique and innovative exercise classes, Aqua Spin and Float Fit. Aqua Spin uses water to challenge your movements and provide a great low-impact workout. Float Fit uses water to challenge your balance, engage your core, and provide a fun experience that leave you wanting more. Aqua Fitness Boot camp is the perfect opportunity to try these new programs or an excellent way to have fun while the kids are at "Wii Like to Play". Space is limited so register early to guarantee a spot in the class and get a discount.
