Virtual Couch to 5k Training Program April 4 - May 23
Whether you are new to running, have always wanted to run a 5K or have been away from running and are meaning to return, this program is for you!
Start training today! MVF will help you weekly, build up to completing in a 5K. You will receive weekly reminders that include- routes within Montgomery Village and an 8-week plan to guide you to achieve your goal!
You can run, walk, or jog all at your own pace, you have the option to personalize your own experience!
