THE RUN FOR RECOVERY is the main fundraiser for The Gooden Center, which has been active in the treatment of substance use disorder and mental health issues for men and women for sixty years. Your registration and all funds raised will go towards helping those who cannot afford the treatment they need.
This year's event will be a VIRTUAL FUNDRAISER. After you register you will be sent instructions on October 1st on how to participate in the 5K or the Reverse Scavenger Hunt, depending on what you registered for.
There will also be a WEEK LONG Restaurant Night leading up to the event. Five different restaurances over five days leading up to the 24th. Every participating restaurant will be donating a portion of their proceeds to The Gooden Center.
Then, on October 24th, you join us and all the other participants on Zoom for the VICTORY LAP CELEBRATION hosted by ALEX WINTER (Bill and Ted Face the Music, The Lost Boys)
