The 2021 Kiss Cancer Goodbye Race Weekend is now completely VIRTUAL!
What does this mean?
Well, it's simple. You run or walk your race wherever you are any time from the kick off race weekend, February 12-14 2021
YOU choose the date, time and location of your race and you also choose your route. It can be your regular running route, a favorite walk along the river, a local park, high school track or even on the treadmill in your usual gym. It's up to you. Just lace up your sneakers and off you go!
The 2021 race is even more important than usual because so many of the fundraising races planned for 2020 were not able to take place. Please register to take part in this virtual version of our popular annual event, and help us make a real difference in the fight to kiss cancer goodbye.
JUST BECAUSE IT'S VIRTUAL DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO DO IT ALONE!
Teams are very welcome, and it's easy to set up or join a team. You can run or walk with family, friends or co-workers in small, socially distanced groups, and don't forget that you can keep in touch with the rest of the squad via facetime before, during and after the race if you wish.
If you want to run alone, good for you, that's awesome too! Please register and start looking forward to race weekend.
All participants receive a custom race medal and t-shirt (pictures coming soon)
Event details and schedule
This is a virtual race so you choose the date, time and location of your race.
Please hydrate adequately; even if it's 10 below zero where you are, your body is still expending energy and using water
If it's cold, wear gloves. Keep those extremities warm
If it's hot, wear light layers, a hat and a dollop or two of sunscreen.
