STOMP OUT BULLYING
virtual 5K / 1 mile run and walk
The Stomp Out Bullying 5K & 1 mile run/walk is completely virtual this year. What does this mean?
It means that you can run or walk the event wherever you are! YOU choose the date and time of your run or walk, and you also choose your location and route. It can be your regular running route, a favorite family walk, the local park, track or even a treadmill. Just lace up your sneakers and get stomping.
The race is virtual because, due to COVID-19, it is safer to host a virtual event this year rather than our usual in person participation one. You can run or walk on your own, with family or friends, or with a small group of others. You can also make up a team so that you run or walk against bullying together.

All participants receive a race t-shirt and a custom medal!
Upload your results to the race website after you've completed your run or walk. You can complete the race any time between October 23 and November 15 2020
Event details and schedule
Make sure to hydrate adequately before, during and after your race. Even if you are participating where it is cold, hydration is still important.
Participants in hot places : make sure to use sunscreen, and wear light, loose clothing
Participants in cold places : make sure to layer up!
