The Broward Kettle Krush 5k Virtual Race * Run, Walk and Roll for A Reason
Due to the recent developments tied to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and considering the health and safety of our participants, partners, staff, and community which is our top priority, we have decided to change the 3rd Annual Broward Kettle Krush 5k live Run, Walk and Roll to a virtual race.
Each year, the Broward Kettle Krush 5k has helped to raise awareness and proceeds to combat "Krush" poverty, homelessness and provide the resources that people need to become self-sufficient and productive members of our community.

Registration is now -- OPEN!
When: You can register anytime starting - July 20,2020 through September 18, 2020. Race starts: Saturday (September 19th) at midnight (Eastern Standard Time) through Saturday (September 26th) at 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Where:Anywhere you choose, with a virtual walk, you can pick where you do it and what time you start. You can walk outside around your neighborhood, at home on a treadmill, wherever you can. We ask that you abide by your state and federal rules and recommendations for social distancing to ensure your health and safety.
How will you know if I walked:Please email selfies, photos or short videos or your personal race. We may post to our social media sites, using the hashtag, #BrowardKettleKrush2020
Dress anyway you want or wear your race shirt. Run/ Walk/ Roll your best race and submit your finishing photo to Robert.Beasley@uss.salvationarmy.org and finishing time to A firstname.lastname@example.org or tag us on social media using # BrowardKettleKrush2020.
Do I get a T-shirt: T-shirts will be available for the first 100 people that register online. We will be having a drive thru pick up on Wednesday, September 16th through Friday, September 18th at the Salvation Army - Area Command, 1445 West Broward Blvd Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312

Can I donate without walking or running:Absolutely! Donations can be dropped off or mailed at our headquarters located at 1445 W Broward Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, preferably between 8 am and 5 pm. Monetary donations can be made online at www.SalvationArmyFortLauderdale.org.
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATON: $20 (18 & Under) includes Commemorative T-Shirt
