This class uses traditional yoga poses adapted to sitting in a chair and standing alongside a chair. Our purpose is to increase mobility, strength, and balance. The yoga technique may also calm the mind and increase concentration. Instruction is tailored to the needs of each student’s individual situation.

This class will be taught virtual via Zoom. This will require all participants to have access to internet and a computer as well as a free Zoom account. A class link will be sent out via email prior to the start of class.
