This class will introduce a series of Tai Chi walking poses. This set of specially-designed movements requires your steps to become steady over time. it continuously tests and improves your sense of physical and inner energetic balance through your legs and feet. As you develop the strength and energy in your legs, it will naturally transfer into your core, arm and palms. It helps to improve your balance and overall health. It is an accessible Mind-Body Practice for soothing stress and maximizing physical function. No prior experience required. Participants should wear light, comfortable clothes and shoes.
