Mondays October 5 - November 9 6:00-7:00pm **THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM, INFORMATION WILL BE SENT ONCE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE** Grades: 8th - 12th 4-H Mindfulness for Teens is a 6-class series that introduces mindfulness concepts and practices to reduce stress and related symptoms. This program offers teens alternate ways of relating to everyday life experiences, including thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and events. 4-H Mindfulness for Teens teaches and encourages the use of mindfulness self-care skills to help one feel better and enjoy life more. This series will cover mindful breathing, eating, walking, thought surfing and laughter. Bonus: participants will be enrolled in the 4-H organization and can participate in additional youth programs throughout the year. Learn more about 4-H at 4h.org.
