Ballet Fit Fusion

Saturdays, September 7-November 9 (no class 10/5)

10-11am

Age 18+

Join us for a ballet-based workout concentrating on core stability, strength, and balance. Most classes are practiced in the center of the floor and at the ballet barre. No prior dance experience necessary.

Location: Dance Studio, Arts Education Building, Imperial Centre for the Arts and Sciences

$7/class

Pre-registration suggested; Limited to 20 participants.
