Hiking Day The day begins at VAB where you will be greeted by two of our finest certified facilitators. Coffee and a continental breakfast will be provided before your team engages in games, gears-up and leaves for the designated trail head. VAB facilitators will conduct a safety meeting and make sure everyone has their boxed lunch, water and snacks in their individual backpacks. Once at your designation - possibly Old Rag Mountain or White Oak Canyon – your team will venture down the trail for a day of long lasting experiences and memories. VAB will provide transportation, continental breakfast with coffee, boxed lunches, snacks and drinks. Certified instructors will accompany groups at a 5 to 1 ratio.
