The day begins at VAB where you will be greeted by two of our finest certified facilitators. Coffee and a continental breakfast will be provided before your team engages in games, gears-up and leaves with kayaks to a local Virginia River - perhaps the Rappahannock or the Hazel River. Once at the river launch site, facilitators will hold a safety meeting with paddling instructions and off you go! Boxed lunches with drinks will be provided at a designated area on the river. VAB will provide transportation, continental breakfast with coffee, boxed lunches, snacks and drinks. Activity equipment includes a life vest for each participant, and an individual kayak. Certified instructors will accompany groups at a 5 to 1 ratio.
