There will be 2 clinics this evening.
Participants can register for one or both events. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR BOTH TO ATTEND BOTH. The Run Form Clinic will be first with the Transition Clinic to follow. DETAILS BELOW.
RUN FORM CLINIC(6-7pm):
This clinic is for runners and triathletes of ALL experience levels.
There's nothing worse then training for an event and getting injured... especially when it could have been avoided.
Our run clinic will focus on form, technique and efficiency. The goal of the clinic is to help arm you with the tools to become a stronger more effcient runner while reducing the risk of injury.
All attendees will receive a "clinic recap" with notes on what we covered.
Please come dressed in running clothes and bring a water bottle.
TRANSITION CLINIC (7-8pm):
In this clinic we will teach you the proper way to lay out your transition area and provide tips and tricks on how to get IN and OUT of Transition as fast as possibe on race day. For those that bring their bike and associated gear we will practice transition for T1 and T2.
We will also guide everyone though changing their own tire and we recommend that you bring your bike to practice on. It's one thing to see it done and another to actually do it yourself. It's your choice, but you'll probably get more out of it if you actually do it on your bike.
OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED: Bring your bike, bike shoes, sneakers, socks, helmet, sunglasses, race belt and anything else you would normally have in transition.
