Course Description: This course is intended to provide students with concepts and background that are essential as a preparation for Calculus. Topics of study include, but are not limited to, theory of functions with graphs and applications including exponential, logarithmic, trigonometric, and analytical geometry. Limit Theory will also be introduced. This course also involves the use of graphing calculators throughout the course of study. Therefore, each student is responsible for their own calculator. This course will follow all the usual classroom guidelines laid out in the student handbook. Students will be responsible for their own transportation, and bringing lunch on a daily basis. The cafeteria will not be open for purchases.
