This activity is closed to further registration.
The class is hybrid. Online materials will be sent after registration and must be completed before class meets on Friday, November 13.
The in person portion will meet at Northwest Pool on:
Location: Northwest Pool
Friday, November 13 6pm-9pm
Saturday, November 14 11am-7pm
Sunday, November 15 11am-7pm
Friday, November 20, 6pm-9pm
Saturday, November 21 11am-7pm
Sunday, November 22 11am-7pm
Prerequisites for the class are:
Continuously swim 300 yards using a combination front crawl and breaststroke
Tread water for 2 min using only legs
Complete a timed event:
Swim 20 yards, surface dive up to 10 feet to retrieve a 10lb object, swim 20 yards on back to starting point while holding brick with both hands, exit water without using a ladder or steps.
Price: $39 for employees (not offered with online registration), and and $80 for non-employees
