This is a weight training program designed to strengthen the muscles used for walking and getting out of a chair. Exercises are done while seated and standing, holding a chair for balance. Especially helpful for anyone who is just starting to exercise or is in a weakened condition, since it is done slowly and easily without stress or tension. You'll be amazed how quickly you find yourself moving more easily and able to do more activities. Scholarships apply to this course if a monthly registration. Senior activity pass does apply.
