Learn from candy-making pro, Irene Preston! Retired Owner of Local Artisinal Confectionery
Learn from a PRO in this entertaining and informative hands-on cooking class! Learn to make your favorite candies using tools and equipment found in home kitchens. We will introduce candy recipes, techniques and why they work. Chocolate, marshmallows, caramels, truffles and more!
In this Intro to Chocolate class we'll be learning temperature techniques and recipes. Join us as we enjoy making Rocky Road, Clusters, Bark, Nonpareils, Fondant and Nougat Candy Bars.
