Our beautiful Mamas -To-Be can now exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancies and experience all benefits of the Barre.This class is a great place to start your postnatal fitness journey. Our workouts are designed to help you rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength in a safe way.
Wear sticky (grippy) socks. Socks can be purchased at the studio. Participants must wear a face mask (subject to change).
