This is a great class for adults who enjoy dancing, but don't necessarily have a lot of training. Modern dance often uses contemporary music and builds safe technique. Dancers are encouraged to explore the space with fellow dancers.

Wear clothes comfortable for dance. Ballet attire (leotards, tights, shoes) suggested with optional skirt, warm up gear allowed. All Supplies are available for purchase through the Academy of American Dance.
