SAMLARC Members are invited to enjoy a virtual cooking course experience! Whether you watch, sip wine and ask questions as our experienced chef prepares the meal step by step or purchase a pre-packaged box of fresh and local ingredients to cook along! Join your neighbors for this LIVE professional-chef led class as you learn new recipes as well as useful tips and tricks in the kitchen! The kit provides a delicious meal for two so you can eat and enjoy after exploring new flavors and cuisine!
Each attendee will learn to create the following dishes:
South Indian Style Shrimp with Mustard & Curry Leaves — a quick, super flavorful shrimp dish with mustard, chilies & curry leaves
Spring Vegetable Poha — bright spring vegetables, onions & turmeric with sautéed rice flakes
**Pickup kits will be available for pickup at the Lago Santa Margarita Beach Club on Wednesday, March 24th from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
