Instructor: Liz Holt *Students have the opportunity to attend Gentle Yoga in person or via Zoom alongside the in-person instruction. Perfect for parents dropping off their preschooler but open to all, this yoga class increases flexibility & strength. Students practice a varying series of gentle vinyasa flow poses with breathwork that gently awakens the body, mind, spirit, & senses. Each class ends with restorative relaxation, leaving students feeling refreshed & at peace. Suitable for all levels. *There is NO CLASS Nov 26th.
