What's Included

Princeton Softball will be hosting a Pitching & Positional Clinic once a month from October to December. These clinics will focus on the fundamentals of pitching, mechanical importance, the improvement of already developed pitches, and the opportunity to learn and develop new pitches to enhance your pitching repertoire. Positional training will be broken down into catchers, infield and outfield. Athletes will perform the ins and outs of their position from fundamentals to advanced game techniques. Catchers will receive instruction and feedback on skills including blocking, framing, bunts, throw downs and pitch calling. Infielders and outfielders will learn the overall workings of a defensive system including essential footwork, bunt and base coverage, as well as game situation decision-making.
