A complete, safe effective and fun choreographed fitness program created by Jacki Sorensen in the early 1970's. Each class includes strength work, flexibility and floor work routines followed by aerobic routines that can be done at low/no impact levels. Heart Rate monitoring throughout keeps students aware of their own progress. Bring a mat and hand weights (1-6 lbs.) and ankle weights (1-2.5 lbs.) Weights are recommended but optional.
