Get away to the island in the city, crossing the Multnomah Channel on the tiered arch bridge to an island of farms where an abundance of field-fresh produce awaits. Market produce, U-pick, and cut flower stops include Kruger's Farm Market, The Pumpkin Patch and Columbia Farms. Strawberries should be in season! Bring money for purchases and lunch in St. Johns. MOBILITY RATING: The markets on this trip are accessible to walkers, wheelchairs and motorized scooters. The U-pick fields are not. All locations have pre-picked produce options.
Participants may register for a maximum of 3 trips during the first week of registration. After that, you may register or waitlist for as many additional trips as you wish.
Bring money for lunch and purchases.
Travel to exciting venues in one of Portland Parks and Recreation's 15-passenger walk-on vans. Comfortable bucket seats and big picture windows provide a luxurious ride.
