Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is a research-based balance training regimen designed for older adults and people with balance disorders. The program was developed by a Senior Scientist at Oregon Research Institute and focuses on supporting health by addressing common, but potentially debilitating, functional impairments or deficits.
Practice Tai Chi in all forms and all levels.
