Description

Tai Chi is a graceful exercise and ancient martial art practiced for health and meditation that gently builds strength and flexibility of the body while enhancing balance and mental focus. Incorporate slow, gentle movements that increase flexibility, balance, and lung capacity. Promote stress relief, body awareness, suppleness in your spine, and increased stamina. Beginners welcome.
