About this event
Instructor: Ms. Laura 1.5 hour class! Small class of 12 students max. This is for fall session: November 6 - December 18. If you're looking for a school-year long class, please go back and see the other options.Small group instruction of 8 students or less per class. Get your hands into clay during weekly 1.5 hours classes! Learn where clay comes from and many ways to use it. Sculpting techniques in coiling, slab and attachments. Learn pottery wheel safety and basics, and work on making creations you can really eat and drink from. Glaze and firing fees included in tuition. Clay, glazing and firing cost included. Additional clay may be purchased for Open Studio times. This is a repeatable course and prepares students for continuing study to the next level of ceramics when readiness is demonstrated. $30 per 1.5 hours class.
