This 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training workout to improve your muscle strength and cardio endurance.

Facility Information:
  • Arrive 10 min. before your scheduled class
  • Upon arrival please review signage and wait in a physical distanced spot
  • No late admissions, doors shut at start of the class
Registration Guidelines:
  • Online pre-registration required
  • Drop-in fee will be charged to anyone who does not attend their class

What to Bring:
  • Bring minimal personal items that must stay with you at all times, as cubbies and lockers are closed
  • No-shows (including One City Pass holders) will be charged the single admission rate
  • Registrations are non-transferable
  • Participants may withdraw from their session online up to 24hrs in advance with no penalty.
Do not attend if in the last 14 days you have had:
  • Cold or flu like symptoms
  • Been in close contact with anyone who had Covid 19
  • Been in close contact with someone or personally traveled outside of Canada
