Feel better and look younger. Yoga increases strength, flexibility, and balance; energizes and purifies the body; gives you a calm focused mind and a more peaceful, joyful spirit. Energize your body using yoga techniques. Experienced students are welcome to join this class and deepen their yoga practice. Please bring a blanket and mat.
