This multi-level class focuses on both the mental and physical aspects for better balance and overall strength. Various activities promote healthy neurological function from the brain to the body. Learn to use your own bodyweight along with light weights and resistance bands to strengthen the muscles and joints needed to prevent injuries in activities for daily living. Chairs and other props are provided and may be used to assist in the practice.
