This ancient nonreligious form of self-discipline includes yoga stretching, breathing exercises, and meditation to promote physical fitness, flexibility, and immunity. Yoga energizes and purifies the body, giving you a calm, focused mind and a more peaceful and joyful spirit. Yoga is also known to reduce stress, and foster a positive approach towards life. You will also learn some techniques to resolve/decrease allergies.
