An exercise class for adults of all ages who want to stretch, tone, and strengthen the body through exercise in the water. The class will concentrate on endurance, aerobics, and flexibility using water resistance. Punch cards and drop-ins are not available. Masks are required on deck until entering the pool.
This is a 4 week session.
