This is a continuing class of original Chinese Tai chi (taiji). Class begins with 10 minutes of warm-up exercises. Then students follow the instructor in a series of graceful movements in choreographed Tai chi forms, including the 24 form (Yang style), the 48 form (mixed style), and the 42 form (mixed style). Then, if time allows, the instructor will go into the details of these Tai chi forms. Tai chi promotes the healthy flow of vital energy throughout the body, enhances leg strength, and improves balance and focusing.
