If “I like to run and need to cross train” describes you, then welcome to your new class. Weather permitting, we will start at the outside half mile track for a 20 minute run followed by an indoor 30 minute strength workout with dumbbells and bodyweight. We will end everything with a stretch it out. While we move fast through all 3 phases, you don’t have to be a fast runner to take this class.
