This is an age-reversing workout that will restore movement in joints, flexibility in muscles, relieve pain, and stimulate cells to increase energy, vibrancy and the immune system. It's low-impact and involves full-body stretching, focusing on back and core strength. This class is great for both men and women. A mat is recommended.
