Ages 55+
In this virtual class you will do gentle yoga poses with breath work and meditation, including mat and standing poses.
Will will send you the Zoom link for the class before the first class.
Plainsboro Resident: Free but Registration is Required Non-Resident Plainsboro Senior Club Members: $25.00 beginning Aug. 29
