Exercise to music and participate in an array of exercises that help you keep and improve your balance.
Your instructor will send the Zoom link prior to the first day of class.
Plainsboro Resident: Free but Registration is Required Non-Resident Plainsboro Senior Club Members: $25.00 beginning Aug. 29
