Ancient martial art strengthens the body, loosens muscles, & promotes balance. The exercises focus on relaxed breathing and gentle stretching that anyone will be able to perform. Participate at your own comfort level.
Resident 55+: Free
Non-Resident Senior Club member: $25.00 beginning June 1.
