In this virtual class you will perform resistance training with a focus on balance that tones muscles, builds strength, and strengthens your core. Class is geared toward more advanced students who have been in previous strength training classes.
Please Note: A large stability ball will be the required equipment for this class.
The instructor will contact you prior to the first day of class to provide you with the Zoom link for the class.
