This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.
Exercises to tone muscles, build strength, improve balance, and increase bone density. Participants should bring the following: mat, exercise band with handle, small rubber ball, and water bottle.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor class. When it rains you will attend the class virtually. The instructor will send all In-Person registrants a Zoom Link for such occasions.
Resident: Free Non-Resident Senior Club member: $25.00 beginning on June 1.
