Ages 18+
This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. In order to register you must create an ActiveNet Account by going to the link provided in the upper right hand corner of this page under "Extra Details". Lack of registration will have consequences of program termination.
Participants must wear a face mask regardless of vaccination status.
