About This Activity


This is an indoor running fundamentals workshop. We will focus on the four key fundamentals of running: foam rolling, lateral strength to prevent injury, and gait and form analysis. 

Our lead coaches are all nationally certified in their specific disciplines: US Masters Swim, USA Triathlon, USA Track and Field, USA Cycling and various nationally accredited Personal Training certifications. All are college educated and most have their masters degrees. 

Our head coaches include:

Triathlon Coach Matt Mauclair- USAT and Nationally Ranked 70.3 athlete, Kona competitor

Cycling Coach Gene Nacey- USA Cycling and former Pro Athlete

Running Coach Tim Lyman- USA Track and Field and Point Park College Cross Country Coach

Swimming Coach Michelle Leszczynski


Event schedule and times
