TAI CHI

Join our Tai Chi class at the beach! Experience the many health benefits of this gentle exercise/meditation in motion while enjoying the fresh ocean air and the gorgeous coastal scenery! The style taught by Dr. Troy Smith is a culmination of 20 years of Tai Chi practice based on several versions of Yang Family Tai Chi, integrating Taoist meditations and Dr. Smith's chiropractic perspective on joint health.
