The 8th annual SUPERACE ULTRA MARATHON Taiwan Station is here!

We’ve arranged for new challenges in this year’s course! SUPERACE will lead runners through the Jinshuiying Historic Trail, built during the Japanese occupation of Taiwan, through the Central Mountain Range to the Eastern coast, pass the Xuhai, and Provincial Highway 26. Runners will climb to peaks of more than 1,450 meters and descend to riverbeds at sea level; along the way participants will be greeted by the mountains and the sea as they pass wet tropical forests and gravel coasts. One might even hear the songs of the Paiwan people. The diverse terrain will test both the limits of your stamina and will; it will also test your understanding of this land that is Taiwan!

This year, to allow more participants to enjoy and experience a SUPERACE ULTRA MARATHON, we have introduced ‘130K, 3-DAYS Assisted Race Group’ and ‘55K Trail Race Group’ in addition to our regular ‘130K 3-DAYS Elite Race Group’.

Participants in the ‘130K, 3-DAYS Assisted Group’ will have the luxury to only need to carry mandatory race equipment for a single day, this will allow those who are interested in the ‘130K, 3-DAYS Elite Race’ to experience a less demanding 3 day race, and gain a better understanding of the equipment involved and the physical condition required for a SUPERACE Ultra Marathon. The event organizers will provide transport services for the rest of equipment.

In addition to the two types of multi-day races, we also provide a "55K Trail Race Group". Through a 55K single day trail race, runners will get a taste of a SUPERACE Ultra Marathon, and build the courage to sign up for a 3 day race in the future.

Come with SUPERACE in February 2020 to test your limits and discover the beauty of Formosa with your own two feet.
