GCU Women's Club Soccer has become one of the fastest growing club soccer programs in the nation in just three years of existence. The Lopes are members of the Southwest Soccer Conference (SSC) and compete in the West Coast Soccer Association. The Lopes' travel team plays a competitive fall season schedule and continues playing well into the spring with matches at GCU’s excellent facilities, and games or tournaments in California, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas. If you are a student who is looking to continue developing athletic abilities and a passion for the sport, our GCU Women's Club Soccer program is for you. Our growth and success has given us the chance to host our own 8v8 tournaments to help enhance the talents of our athletes year-round. The Lopes completed their first season in the SSC in 2019-20 with impressive wins over Arizona State University, Ottawa University and Arizona Christian University while nearly reaching the postseason. GCU Club Women’s Soccer works with top coaches, provides team equipment and uniforms, and plays on some of the Southwest’s best facilities. We are a year-round program and always welcome new, motivated athletes.
