The Grand Canyon University Men’s Club Soccer team was established in the fall of 2015, but already has transformed itself into one of GCU’s most reputable athletic clubs. The rapid growth that GCU Men's Club Soccer has experienced qualifies us as one of the fastest growing club soccer programs in the nation. We have established an extremely competitive team that plays matches in both the fall and the spring and will have the chance to compete for both regional and national titles. We have also begun our own set of 7v7 tournaments to help players improve their skills all year long. GCU Club Men's Soccer is a member of the Southwest Soccer Conference (SSC) and competes in the West Coast Soccer Association. Our travel team plays fall scrimmages and spring seasons that consist of matches hosted by GCU at our top-notch facilities, as well as matches in California, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas. In 2019-20, the Lopes’ claimed the SSC Championship title and were undefeated in conference play. GCU Club Men's Soccer is truly a year-round program with top-level coaches, equipment and uniforms, and plays on some of the best fields in all the Southwest.
