This activity is on hold to further registration.
This class is a combination of stretching, core exercises and working all muscle groups. Most exercises are done on the floor and with music. Hopefully you will walk away feeling relaxed as well as strong. Men and women are welcome. Will have a make up day, week of 5/24.
Drop-ins are welcome for $8.00 on the day of the class at the front desk. A Recreation pass is still required (an annual pass or $2 day pass)
No Classes on November11th(Veteran's Day) and November 25th (Thanksgiving Day)
