Energetic low impact aerobics. Work out with weights (10 lbs. or less), stretching and floor work combined with low impact aerobics for 60 minutes. Weights are provided; however, participants are welcome to bring their own hand weights. Men and women are both welcome.
Drop-ins are welcome for $8.00 on the day of the class at the front desk. A Recreation pass is still required (an annual pass or $2 day pass)
